[01/07] > What we build

Websites and platforms as code you own.

Three fixed-price packages, a custom CRM on request, and a monthly care plan for everything after launch. The prices are on the page.

[02/07] > Packages

Three packages.
One fixed price each.

Each one is a fixed scope quoted before a single line is written. A custom CRM is scoped against your process and quoted individually.

//01 Landing page

Fast Start

A single, focused page for testing a market and collecting leads. You send the design mockup; we return an autonomous, fast site.

Fixed€700excl. VAT

15 working days

  • Pixel-accurate build from your mockup
  • Optimised, spam-protected forms
  • Hosting deployment and domain wiring
//03 SaaS & services

The Platform

Behind-the-scenes engineering for complex, high-scale cloud software: the heavy lifting most agencies quietly outsource.

Fixed€1,500excl. VAT

Quoted with a schedule

  • Robust server-side logic and data structures
  • Secured user profiles and subscription tiers
  • Deployed and stress-tested on AWS or DigitalOcean
//04 On request

Custom CRM

A system shaped around the way your team already sells. Your pipeline stages, your fields, your rules, and one shared customer record instead of five spreadsheets.

  • Your stages, roles and permissions
  • Automation, reminders and reporting
  • Mail, telephony and invoicing integrations
  • Migration from spreadsheets or another CRM

Quoted per process

Free scoping call, then a written specification and one fixed figure before anything is built.

Describe your process

Package prices are per project, in euro, excluding VAT. Nikola Tech Group SIA is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to invoices. Nothing here is bought online: every package leads to a written scope and a fixed quote first.

[03/07] > Process

Fifteen working days.
Four steps.

The same sequence runs on every package. The only thing that changes between a landing page and a platform is how long step three takes.

  1. //01 Day 1

    A short conversation about what the thing has to do and who it has to do it for. You leave with a written specification: pages, integrations, data model, and the exact list of what is not included.

    Scope call

    RequirementsWritten specFixed quote
  2. //02 Days 2–3

    Send a Figma file, a PDF, a competitor you like, or a sketch. We work from whatever exists. If nothing exists, we propose a structure and you approve it before anything is built.

    Design handoff

    FigmaAssetsContent
  3. //03 Days 4–12

    The build happens on a staging URL you can open at any time. Progress is visible daily rather than revealed in a single handover at the end.

  4. //04 Days 13–15

    We deploy to your hosting, point your domain, install analytics, hand over the repository and credentials, and walk you through editing anything you will need to edit yourself.

Care plans.
Prepaid, cancel any time.

Every package is handed over as code you own. If you would rather not run it alone, put it on a care plan: patches, backups and a person to write to.

Care plan //01

Basic

For a single site that mainly needs to stay up, patched and backed up.

€8.90/ month excl. VAT

Charged monthly

€6.50/ month excl. VAT

€19.50 charged once for 3 months saves €7.20

€4.50/ month excl. VAT

€54 charged once for 12 months saves €52.80

Every month, on every plan

  • Security patches and dependency updates
  • Daily off-site backups, kept for 30 days
  • Uptime monitoring with an alert if it goes down
  • Email support, answered within 2 business days
Request Basic

Prepaid, invoiced in euro. Starts after launch.

Care plan //03

VIP

For a system the business runs on, where an hour of downtime costs more than the plan.

€28.90/ month excl. VAT

Charged monthly

€21/ month excl. VAT

€63 charged once for 3 months saves €23.70

€14.50/ month excl. VAT

€174 charged once for 12 months saves €172.80

Everything in Pro, plus

  • Priority queue: small edits started the same working day
  • A direct line to the engineer who built it
  • Cover for urgent breakages outside business hours
  • Quarterly review call and a written improvement plan
Request VIP

Prepaid, invoiced in euro. Starts after launch.

Care plans are quoted and charged in euro, excluding VAT. Nikola Tech Group SIA is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. A plan is prepaid for the period you choose and starts the day payment is received. It renews at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date, and we send a reminder at least 7 days beforehand. Cancellation and refund rules are in the Terms of Service, section 7.

[05/07] > How we differ

Custom engineering,
not a rented template.

//01Repository transfer

You own every line

No builder subscriptions, no proprietary runtime, no licence that expires. The repository is handed over at the end of the project and it is yours: host it wherever you like, hire whoever you like to extend it.

//02Written quote

Fixed scope, fixed price

You approve the specification and the number before work begins. Anything outside that scope is quoted before it is built, never after.

//03Performance budget

Speed as a feature

Sites are budgeted for Core Web Vitals from the first commit rather than patched afterwards.

//04Standard on every build

Secure by default

Hardened forms, hashed credentials, scoped API keys and HTTPS everywhere.

//05Verifiable

Registered in the EU

A Latvian limited company with a commercial register entry you can verify: No. 40203773109.

//06Direct line

One person to write to

The engineer who built it answers your email. Nothing is passed to an account manager after launch.

[06/07] > Tooling

Boring tools,
chosen on purpose.

Nothing here is experimental. Every dependency has years of production behind it, active maintenance, and a hiring pool if you ever move on from us.

[07/07] > Questions

Buying questions.
Straight answers.

//01 What if I don't have a design yet?

That is normal. For the Fast Start package we can work from a reference site you like plus your content, and propose a structure for approval. For the larger packages the interface is designed as part of the scoping step. You will never be asked to approve a build you have not seen laid out first.

//02 How long does a project take?

A landing page is typically live within a week of receiving your content. A storefront usually runs two to four weeks depending on catalogue size and how many systems it has to talk to. Platform work and a custom CRM are quoted with a schedule attached, because the honest answer depends entirely on the data model.

//03 Do I need to buy hosting separately?

Yes. Hosting and the domain stay in your name, on your account, paid by you. That is deliberate: it means you are never locked to us. Deployment onto that hosting, DNS configuration and the SSL certificate are included in the package price.

//04 What happens after launch?

Every project includes a short warranty window for defects. If something we built does not behave as specified, it gets fixed at no cost. After that you can put the site on a care plan or run it yourself; there is no obligation to buy a retainer.

//05 How does payment work?

Projects are invoiced by Nikola Tech Group SIA and paid by bank transfer, with three-day payment terms as standard. The company is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Larger platform projects can be split across milestones.

//06 Do you work outside Latvia?

Yes. The work is remote by default and we correspond in English, Latvian or Russian. Invoicing is in euro from an EU-registered company, which keeps the paperwork simple for clients elsewhere in the union.

Next step

Send the brief.
Get a fixed quote.

A paragraph about the project is enough to start. You get a written scope and a fixed price back, not a sales sequence.

No sales call unless you ask for one.
